The Nordic Yurt Snowshoe Yurt Dinners: December- April

A guided evening snowshoeing 1/2 miles through the star lit forest to a private yurt deep in Soldier Hollow Nordic Center, where you arrive to a warm inviting yurt. Here we will be preparing a private fine dining experience with a 4 course meal, an intimate fire, and the outdoor experience you are searching for this winter.

The Nordic Yurt Fall September & October

A guided half mile hike into our yurt for an evening of BBQ, S’mores, outdoor games, music and more. Hike in dinners are offered in the summer, & fall months. Public dinners will be available every other Friday, starting in July. Private dinners and events are available any day of the week, all season long

Snowshoe Yurt Dinners

Embark on a guided evening snowshoe adventure, a serene half-mile journey beneath a canopy of starlit skies, through the Nordic Trails of Soldier Hollow. This leads you to a secluded, private yurt where you will enjoy a fireside four course meal, time outdoors roasting marshmallows, and the Utah adventure you’ve been searching for. Settle beside the fire, unwind, and savor a meal that blends fine dining within the quiet of the mountains.

A half mile guided hike through the Soldier Hollow Nordic Trail System to a rustic yurt. Once you have arrived, you will take part in a western evening filled with BBQ, fire pits, s’mores making, yard games, and time with your family and friends. Enjoy epic views of the Heber Valley, mind blowing sunsets, and a dining experience unlike any other

Join us to adventure, celebrate, and dine under the stars, looking out over the beautiful Heber Valley. Placed a half mile out on the world class Solider Hollow Olympic trail system, you can snowshoe, hike, ski, or hire a private ride into The Nordic Yurt. Our 30 ft yurt gives groups the exclusivity of enjoying the yurt, deck, and surrounding areas & fire pits.
